I'm a systems engineer based in Berlin. I help teams untangle complexity, design workflows that scale, and build tools that actually get used.
As Interim CTO at Shibari Study, I led their operational transformation: consolidated fragmented tools into an integrated workspace, migrated communications and files, and established structured workflows. The result: less chaos, clearer processes, and a team ready to scale.
