AI companion for people on therapy waiting lists. Conversational AI platform with voice interface, built entirely with Claude Code. LLM integrations, real-time streaming, GDPR-compliant architecture.

Own project, in production
Data aggregation system processing 700+ records from 6 sources with automated scoring, cross-source deduplication, and real-time Telegram alerts. FastAPI service on Railway, PostgreSQL with custom triggers, scheduled workflows with daily summaries.

Took over a struggling dev team, stabilized the codebase, shipped the product. Led operational transformation: consolidated scattered tools, migrated communications, built processes that stuck.

Systems engineer based in Berlin. Started at KPMG, went on to lead operations as Interim CTO.
At Shibari Study, I led their operational transformation: brought scattered tools into one workspace, moved communications and files, and set up workflows that stuck. The result: less chaos, clearer processes, a team ready to grow.
